Strengthening Learning Outcomes at State Scale
The Learning Enhancement Program is Mazatron Enterprise's education-focused service line, designed for state governments and education departments implementing NEP 2020. LEP combines large-scale student assessment with teacher professional development, remedial learning materials, and student recognition — delivered as an integrated program, not isolated interventions.
Program Components
The Five Pillars of LEP
Student Assessment
OMR-based aptitude and learning assessment across primary and secondary grades. Results analysed at student, school, block, and district levels to identify specific learning gaps.
Teacher Training (CPD under NEP 2020)
Online and offline teacher training programs covering AI in education, pedagogy, personality development, and leadership. Designed to meet Continuous Professional Development requirements under NEP 2020.
Workshops, Webinars & Remedial Material
Student-facing workshops and webinars based on assessment outcomes. Printed remedial learning materials customised to address the specific gaps identified in assessment results — not generic workbooks.
Felicitation & Recognition Events
Quarterly, half-yearly, or annual recognition events including prizes, awards, educational tours, talks, and workshops. Designed to incentivise performance and build institutional culture around academic achievement.
National & International Exposure Trips
Educational tours to research institutions, national landmarks, and international destinations for top-performing students — creating aspirational milestones that drive engagement.
Why LEP
Key Benefits
Enhanced student engagement and attendance
Teachers' CPD compliance under NEP 2020
Digitization of assessment and learning records
Data-driven identification of learning gaps at scale
Recognition culture that improves institutional morale
Why This Matters
Without structured assessment and remediation, learning gaps in government schools compound year over year — students advance through grades without foundational skills, and teachers lack the CPD frameworks that NEP 2020 now requires.
Isolated interventions (one-off tests, ad hoc workshops) produce reports, not outcomes.
